Dream Share Circles
There is no special knowledge, previous experience, or requirements to be a participant in a dream sharing circle. The dream work methods I will be sharing with your are quite simple, easy for anyone to learn and follow.
All you need is your passion, imagination, curiousity,
and openeness.
My goal is to hold space for a blossoming dreaming community, bringing dreamers together to share and hold space for one another. Allowing them to be seen, heard, and supported. Giving them the tools and opportunity to speak their truth and to fully show up for themselves.

The choice of the dream you wish to share with the group is totally up to you.
It can be a recent dream or small dream fragment, or maybe you want to share a dream that you had when you were a child!
Any dream that still has some juice or that holds energy for you will do. If no dreams are popping up, maybe you want to share a story! Perhaps a favorite memory, or a story that is fresh with you.
When we allow ourselves to open up, to be vulnerable and share the intimacy of our dreams with others, that's when we start to see those 'AHA' moments. That's when we start to see the break throughs that begin to appear.
When we create and hold space together we allow ourselves, and others within the circle, to be seen, to be heard, to be understood.
When we use proper language while giving another dreamer feedback, we don't allow the dreamer to give away their power, rather the dreamer is the ultimate authority on the meaning of the dream. Only taking what resonates and leaving behind that which does not. Sharing in this way also allows all in the circle to freely share whatever associations come to them, knowing that they can do and say no wrong, anything that comes to mind may be just what the dreamer needs to hear to see that 'AHA' moment for themselves.
